Terms of Use

Effective October 2026 · Stow

Using Stow

Stow is provided by Stow. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which governs your licence to the app. Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, these terms add to it.

Subscription

Stow requires a Stow Pro subscription, which starts with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Before subscribing you can try up to 2 sorts as a demo. Stow Pro includes unlimited sorting, subject to fair use (below).

Subscriptions

Fair use

Pro is meant for personal note-taking. To keep the service reliable for everyone, very high or automated volumes may be rate-limited, and accounts showing abuse (for example scripted requests or attempts to use Stow as a general AI service) may be blocked.

Your content

Your notes are yours. You are responsible for what you write. Sorting is automatic and can be wrong: AI-generated titles, folders, formatting and explanations may contain mistakes, so check anything important. Do not rely on Stow for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stow to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer or resell it.

Disclaimers

Stow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Stow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost notes; keep backups of anything that matters (for example with your device backups). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. Questions: amaardevx@gmail.com.
